Tonight' s Guest WeatherBrain, Dr. Yvette Richardson, is an Associate Professor at Penn State University, where she studies tornadoes and other severe weather phenomena. She is active in the AMS and UCAR. She, her husband, and their two children reside in State College, PA. Tonight's Guest Panelist is Tim Troutman, Lead Meteorologist at the NWS in Huntsville, AL. He has a special project many of our listeners will be interested in concerning April 3-4, 1974.
